Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days. Originals are packed and shipped directly from my studio. Prints are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted fine art printing partner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International orders are welcome. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and carrier delays.
How are your pieces packed?
Originals are packed with care using professional materials to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size, and protected in archival-safe packaging.
Can I pick up locally or request delivery?
In some cases, local pickup or hand delivery may be available. If you're nearby, feel free to reach out before purchasing to see if arrangements can be made.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do everything I can to make it right — whether that means a replacement, reprint, or refund.
